Your therapist is Pam, with over 10 years experience; a Diploma of Excellence in Massage and certificates in advanced Myofascial Release Therapy. Prior to your massage Pam will discuss your issues and work with you intuitively to treat your specific needs. Pam’s main focus is relaxing therapeutic, deep tissue, aromatherapy, de-stressing and myofascial release therapy.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue works on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and to reduce tension in muscle & tendons. Deep finger pressure is applied to release contracted muscles and tissue. People who suffer from pain, muscle injury and overuse will benefit from this massage. This is also beneficial before and after a sports event to relax tight muscles. This is a medium to firm massage.
Aromatherapy has been used for medicinal purposes since the 11th century. Today the powerful properties of essential oils help heal the body, mind, spirit and enhance both physical and mental wellbeing. This massage treats all areas of the body that are prone to stress and tension, including head and face depending on the length of the massage. With the use of premium oils, this massage will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.
RELAXING THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Therapeutic covers a range of different massage techniques which are beneficial in reducing stress, relieving pain, increasing blood and lymph flow and keeping your body in a balanced and relaxed state. If you are feeling stressed or anxious this is the massage for you. On going sessions of this massage can alleviate depression, anxiety and insomnia. This is a light to medium massage but can be adjusted to suit your requirements.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE THERAPY
This therapy is a safe and highly effective form of soft tissue hands on manipulation that releases restrictions in the fascia. When restrictions are released space is created, restoring movement and glide-ability in the body. This technique is performed with little or no oil directly on the skin using slow sustained pressure.
